A social worker with almost 20 years’ experience in human services, Victor is one of the few men who are passionate about improving the plight of women, particularly victims of abuse. He constantly seek ways to inform, educate and empower vulnerable women and their children and help reposition them to reach their potential.
He holds an associate degree in Human Services, a bachelors’ degree in social work as well as a masters’ degree in social work, both from the prestigious New York University (NYU).
