With over two decades developing research projects and providing data-based reports to marketing, sales, and finance media executives, Ethlene is uniquely skilled in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data sets to address clients’ needs. She started her media career as a producer, presenter, and news anchor before moving to the analytics side of the business.
Ethlene has a keen interest in helping disadvantaged people in society by highlighting their stories and providing them with resources as best she can. A former volunteer Project Leader with Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO), a Non-Profit Organization that helps minorities in under-served areas of NYC, her mindset is that a person can attain any height they desire, given an enabling environment.
She holds an M.B.A. in Marketing/Organization & Management from Syracuse University, M.Sc. TV/Radio Management from Brooklyn College, CUNY, and a B.A. in English & International Relations from the University of Sierra Leone.
