Currently an Assistant Principal at a high school in New Jersey, Felicia has several years’ experience as an educator working with minority girls. She is also a professional basketball player who played college basketball competitively throughout her undergraduate years. She has over 10 years’ experience mentoring girls and her passion for this led her to becoming an educator. She holds a bachelors’ degree from Bucknell University in Business Management and English and a Master of Education from Fordham University. She has a certification on teaching secondary education (New York State).
