Ify oversees programs, funding, and execution of all our projects. She is very invested in enlightening and empowering the marginalized minority population as well as mentoring young girls of African descent. Ify strongly believes that every person; young and old should be encouraged to attain their full potential and be the best they can possibly be. In her opinion, women are the gatekeepers of society, and to fulfill that role, the girl-child should be taught to recognize her leadership potential from infancy.
